Sonic Drive-In in the United States seeks a General Manager to lead the drive-in’s operations and staff, ensuring a clean, safe and high-quality guest experience. You will oversee hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management while driving sales and efficiency.

The role requires minimum three years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of labor, safety, and regulatory requirements. Expect long hours and high interaction with guests and employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate the drive-in’s staff.
• Supervise drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage opening and/or closing duties and guest/employee issues.
• Plan and adjust food, labor, and inventory to maximize cost-control and service quality.
• Lead team meetings and maintain records and operational reports.
• Oversee local marketing initiatives and vendor performance.
