Responsibilities

• Manages opening/closing duties and staff scheduling.
• Monitors inventory, orders supplies and controls costs.
• Handles payroll records and employment related documents.
• Develops and implements marketing plans and action steps.
• Ensures customer service excellence and resolves guest concerns promptly.
