Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, and discipline staff.
• Oversee compensation, scheduling, and performance to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Run opening/closing duties and maintain daily operational reports.
• Plan and forecast food, labor, and inventory to optimize costs and quality.
• Lead team meetings and ensure adherence to standards and service levels.
• Maintain recordkeeping, vendor performance, and regulatory compliance.
