Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and schedule staff.
• Manage compensation and adhere to company guidelines.
• Oversee drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Plan and control food, labor, inventory and costs.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain records.
