Job summary

You will hire and train staff, manage schedules, monitor metrics, implement local marketing, and drive sales while maintaining a positive team atmosphere and ensuring compliance with laws and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting and computer skills
• Experience recruiting, interviewing and selecting staff
• Familiarity with federal and state labor laws and sanitation regulations
