Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and managing employees.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and manage staff.
• Oversee food, labor, inventory to maximize cost-control and quality.
• Lead opening/closing duties and guest issue resolution.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor vendor performance.
• Develop and implement local marketing and business plans.
