Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers from first contact to closing, using proactive sales techniques and CRM practices. You will build relationships, manage leads, and ensure a seamless buying experience across Lennar communities.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with in-person attendance at multiple Lennar communities. A high school diploma is required, with real estate license preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar's selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Maintain the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; communicate maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker businesses, referrals, and proactive self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of the competitive market, product offerings, sales trends, and customer demographics.
• Monitor and record daily customer traffic using designated tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
