Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide buyers from initial engagement to closing. You will use a customer-focused selling approach to drive home sales and build relationships with buyers and Realtors.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success. The role emphasizes in-person presence at community sites, collaboration with internal teams, and participation in marketing initiatives to grow sales opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide consistent follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
