Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers from initial engagement to closing, using our selling philosophy and proactive sales techniques. You will manage relationships, CRM records, and stay informed about the local housing market to ensure a seamless experience for buyers.

The role requires 1–3 years in new home sales or real estate, strong communication and customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales-tracking tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through leads and referrals.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory; coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Brokers and proactive self-prospecting.
