Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales from leads, leveraging the selling approach.
• Provide timely follow-through from initial contact to closing and post-closing activities.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center and model homes; communicate maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker referrals and self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of community products, trends, and customer demographics.
• Record daily customer traffic using company tools; collaborate across departments.
• Participate in meetings, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
