Job summary

The New Home Consultant at Lennar is responsible for guiding homebuyers through the purchasing process from initial engagement to closing. You will apply proactive sales techniques, manage customer relationships, and stay informed about local housing trends to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in new home sales or related fields, excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities with accurate records.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes and communicate maintenance needs.
