Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing.
• Maintain condition of Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker referrals and self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, products, and customer demographics.
• Monitor daily customer traffic using company tools; collaborate with internal teams.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives.
