Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience is required.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license; ability to drive daytime or nighttime.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan for new customer relationships.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors.
• Manage time to meet sales goals and work with the team.
• Maintain database of prospects and attend sales meetings.
