You will source new customers, help buyers design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales journey through loan and construction phases. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or 2 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and comfort using DRH Sales applications and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile devices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Willingness to stand/walk for several hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service.
• Source new customers and guide them toward home design options.
• Maintain accurate documentation from sale through loan and construction.
• Develop a marketing plan for new customer relationships.
• Network with realtors and attend sales meetings.
• Meet sales goals and work with team to close deals.
