Candidates will source new customers and assist them in designing their dream homes. The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s Degree or has 2 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM applications, and effective communication are critical.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience required.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email is necessary.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on mobile devices.
• Previous sales experience and industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process and ensure excellent customer service.
• Source new customers and help them design their dream home.
• Maintain accurate documentation from sale through construction.
• Develop marketing plans to establish new customer relationships.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors.
