Qualifications

• Education or experience stated: Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales apps on mobile or tablet.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition and capabilities to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Develop and present marketing plans to establish new relationships.
• Network with realtors and manage time to meet sales goals.
• Expand the prospects database and participate in sales meetings.
• Build rapport with customers, realtors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and ethical conduct.
