You will source new opportunities, work with realtors, and maintain accurate records from sale through loan and construction, ensuring a smooth transaction and a strong relationship with clients. The role emphasizes meeting sales goals and providing a superior homebuying experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and build relationships with Realtors.
