The role involves communicating the value proposition, following up with prospects, coordinating with Realtors, meeting sales goals, and maintaining accurate transaction documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile devices

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers
• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establish DR Horton as the best solution
• Overcome objections and close for the sale
• Maintain documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction
• Continually source new sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards
