Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a DPS Operations leader to drive the steady-state delivery of DPS products. You will lead a team that analyzes performance, engages providers, and implements operational improvements across cross-functional partners, including Product and Analytics.

Qualifications

7–10 years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare.
5–7 years of stakeholder management experience.
Prior performance improvement or project management experience.
Ability to be on-call escalation point for provider issues (holidays/weekends).
Willingness to travel up to 25% if not located in the DFW area.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of associates responsible for daily operations and provider engagement related to DPS products and services.
Set and monitor KPIs; hold team accountable to performance expectations.
Collaborate with leaders to implement process improvements for optimal performance.
Document critical processes thoroughly and maintain updated plans for steady-state transitions.
Coordinate staffing models to ensure adequate resources for new products/services.
Support quarterly and annual DPS Operations planning with senior leadership.
Monitor relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Client Success.
