Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a DPS Operations Leader to drive the steady-state delivery of DPS products and manage a team of operations specialists. You will define KPIs, coordinate with Product, Analytics, and Provider teams, and ensure high-quality provider experiences across the DPS portfolio.

You will shape performance-driven culture, own staffing models, and partner with senior leaders to implement enhancements that improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of leadership experience in a healthcare organization
• Experience in performance improvement or project management
• Ability to be an on-call escalation point for provider issues, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to travel up to 25% if not located in the DFW Metro
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to balance business and ethics with clinical/service excellence

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of associates responsible for daily operations and provider engagement for DPS products and services
• Establish success and productivity metrics and KPIs; hold team to performance expectations
• Develop and execute process improvements to optimize performance
• Maintain documentation of critical processes
• Coordinate plans for steady state transition of new products and services; create staffing models
• Contribute to Operations roadmap and participate in planning with VP of DPS Operations
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Client Success
• Monitor operating metrics; collaborate with Analytics for data visibility
• Develop a high-performing team with analytical, process improvement, and customer service skills
• Monitor performance of direct reports and promote staff engagement
• Support staff in monitoring provider completion rates and address underperformance
• Ensure execution of strategic initiatives
• Lead cross-functional efforts to reduce non-completion rates
• Partner with Product teams to resolve operational and technical issues
