Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a DPS Operations Leader to implement critical initiatives for the Diagnostic and Preventative Service line. You will lead a team of associates, drive KPIs, and partner with Product, Operations and Client Success to improve provider experiences and performance.

You will establish metrics, document processes, coordinate planning with the VP of DPS Operations, and ensure execution of strategic initiatives across the DPS product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• 7–10 years of leadership experience, preferably within a healthcare organization.
• 5–7 years stakeholder management experience with data, KPIs, or expected financial results.
• Prior performance improvement or project management experience.
• On-call escalation point for provider issues, including holidays and weekends.
• Travel up to 25% if not located in the DFW Metro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze, solve complex problems and communicate outcomes.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of associates responsible for daily DPS operations and provider engagement.
• Establish success and productivity metrics with defined KPIs.
• Develop and execute process improvements to optimize performance.
• Document critical processes and maintain accurate workflows.
• Coordinate staffing models for steady-state transitions of new products/services.
• Contribute to Operations roadmap and quarterly/annual planning with the VP of DPS Operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with Operations, Product and Client Success stakeholders.
• Monitor operating metrics with Analytics for visibility into data.
• Develop a high-performing team with analytics, process improvement and customer service skills.
• Promote two-way communications and staff participation.
• Support associates in monitoring provider completion rates and address underperformance.
• Ensure execution and compliance with strategic initiatives.
