RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Fleet Compliance Program Manager to oversee DOT compliance programs, driver qualification files, and ELD/MVR systems. You will collaborate with HR, Risk, and Operations to ensure rigorous safety and regulatory standards across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or applicable experience preferred.
• Four years of experience in DOT compliance or fleet safety; program management experience.
• Must be able to travel; reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance to drive for business.

Responsibilities

• Lead DOT compliance program development, implementation, and management.
• administer driver qualification files and drug/alcohol programs.
• Coordinate with HR, Risk, and Operations on background checks and medical screenings.
• Monitor Hours of Service, DVIR, and ELD systems; report findings.
• Conduct incident investigations and root-cause analyses; share learnings.
• Review regulatory changes and communicate impact to leadership.
• Document all DOT-related activities and maintain files.
• Lead training and quarterly DOT safety meetings.
