RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Fleet Compliance Program Manager in Saint Louis Park, MN. The role focuses on monitoring and ensuring DOT compliance, CMV safety, and related regulatory requirements across the fleet, with oversight of DQF, ELDs, and MVR processes.

The position drives the development of proactive compliance systems, collaborates with HR, Risk, and Operations, and leads monthly safety meetings to foster a safety-first culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years' experience in DOT compliance and/or enforcement, fleet safety systems management and capability development, data analysis, and ongoing program management.
• Associate degree or higher in related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating DOT program components with HR, Risk, and Operations.
• Experience with Driver Qualification Files (DQF) and ELDs is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage DOT compliance programs and CMV files.
• Coordinate driver background checks and DOT medicals.
• Submit federal and state DOT registrations and reports.
• Monitor Hours of Service and DVIR via electronic systems.
• Lead regulatory analyses and safety training sessions.
• Collaborate with HR, Risk, and Operations to ensure ongoing compliance.
