Job summary

Growing Generations in Boston, MA is seeking a Donor Specialist to join our Donor Services Team. This full-time position reports to the Director of Donor Services and focuses on guiding egg and sperm donors through the process with empathy, accuracy, and responsive communication.

You will evaluate applications, conduct consultations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth donor experience from intake through post-cycle follow-up.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to interact with a broad range of clients from different cultures and regions.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and make informed decisions on incoming donor applications.
• Conduct engaging video consultations with prospective donors to explain the donation process.
• Guide donors through intake, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
• Support donors in creating compelling donor profiles for best match outcomes.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned donors with high-touch, compassionate service.
• Collaborate with Donor Matching to align donor profiles with client needs.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and monitor donor progress.
• Coordinate post-cycle follow-up and assess donor readiness for rematching or closure.
