Decision Point seeks a Donor and Data Specialist to support donor relations, data integrity, and gift processing. This part-time, remote role responds to donor inquiries, manages pledges, and assists online giving.

You will collaborate with finance and development teams, prepare tax statements, and analyze giving trends. The position requires 3+ years in a similar role, strong communication, and meticulous organization.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in a similar role.
• Fast-paced worker with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google Docs and spreadsheets; QuickBooks and Virtuous knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and respond to incoming emails.
• Respond to donor questions via phone or email and assign donor caseloads.
• Resolve failed transactions and support gift giving.
• Complete ministry surveys for grant applications quarterly and yearly.
• Organize ministry updates for executive leadership annually.
• Year-end tax statements: communicate with donors or fix issues.
• Manage pledges and document pledge fulfillment.
• Assist donors in setting up online giving accounts.
• Support planning and execution of Advancement Events.
• Set quarterly meetings, update notes, and report caseloads.
• Update donor contact info, merge duplicates, and review new accounts.
• Coordinate with Finance on donation batches and donor requests.
• Data analysis of giving trends and ROI on appeals/events.
• Maintain high integrity, teamwork, and strong written/spoken English.
