Job summary

Cofertility is a fully remote, national company dedicated to making fertility journeys more accessible and ethical. We are hiring a Member Outreach Specialist to educate, support, and assist egg donors and intended parents through multiple communication channels.

You will engage donors over video, phone, and email, ensuring informed consent, guiding onboarding, and coordinating with the broader team to deliver a high-quality, empathetic experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a client-facing role (education, sales, patient navigation, or member support).
• Strong communication skills over Zoom, phone, and email; able to discuss sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solutions-oriented, fast learner, and eager to improve processes at a fast-moving startup.
• Tech savvy; proficient in Google Suite; able to learn and manage CS/Operations tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor calls and video informed consent sessions, guiding egg donation journeys.
• Support onboarding by building donor profiles and helping donors shine.
• Reach out to new intended parents via outbound calls and monitor inbound lines.
• Provide real-time member support via email and scheduling assistance.
• Collaborate with the Cofertility team to ensure a seamless member experience.
