Job summary

March of Dimes leads the fight for the health of all moms and babies. We are seeking a Donor Development Specialist to cultivate and steward donor relationships, drive mission impact, and increase market revenue growth from Tampa-area donors. This is a remote-in-Tampa, full-time role reporting to market leadership.

You will manage donor portfolios, log interactions in CRM, and collaborate with logistics to execute successful events and campaigns that engage volunteers and donors year-round.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan and execute successful events.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• At least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Mission Impact: Place mission at the forefront of all work.
• Demonstrate mission knowledge by communicating our work in ways that deliver impact and leverage support.
• Execute market event strategy to connect donor interests with March of Dimes mission.
• Maintain a donor revenue portfolio and move donors through the continuum to retain and increase giving.
• Execute mid-level donor stewardship to drive revenue and retention.
• Secure DIY events to increase revenue and manage stewardship opportunities.
• Provide activation and stewardship opportunities for assigned family teams.
• Manage event teams to grow revenue and maintain a year-round revenue pipeline.
