Growing Generations is seeking a Donor Specialist in a full-time role based in Ohio. You will guide egg and sperm donors through the intake, evaluation, and profile creation processes, delivering empathetic, clear communication and coordinating with the Donor Matching team to foster successful matches.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce, in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Provide guidance and high-level customer service to egg and sperm donors.
• Conduct video consultations to explain the donation process and timelines.
• Review donor applications and align with program criteria and safety standards.
• Manage intake, documentation, and compliance at each stage.
• Maintain compassionate, timely communication with donors.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and decide on donor applications per criteria.
• Conduct engaging video consultations with prospective donors.
• Guide donors through intake and documentation process.
• Support donors in curating donor profiles for matchmaking.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned donors with high-touch experience.
• Collaborate with Donor Matching team to support matches.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in internal systems.
• Monitor donor progress and perform regular audits.
• Coordinate post-cycle follow-up and republishing decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve donor intake and engagement.
