Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write in English.
• Must present a neat and positive appearance and demeanor.
• Must possess good customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and promotes Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Assists donors with donations, unloading from vehicles, and issues donation receipts.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and submits in a timely manner.
• Supports transportation activities including loading/unloading trucks and moving materials.
• Maintains a clean and orderly donation and production area and adheres to safety precautions.
• Promotes organizational programs and participates in events as needed.
