Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to assist donors with donations and promote the organization in store locations. You will greet donors, issue receipts, and help unload donations in a friendly, professional manner.

The role requires physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will report to the Production Manager and contribute to a welcoming, safe donation experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear, read and write.
• Ability to speak English to interact with donors and customers.
• Neat, positive appearance and demeanor.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and represents Goodwill Keystone Area positively.
• Assists donors with donations, unloading, receipts, and information; manages the drop-off experience.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and submits promptly.
• Supports transportation duties: loading/unloading, moving materials, and keeping areas clean.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and reports hazards to the Production Manager.
• Promotes organizational programs and participates in events as needed.
