Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area seeks a Donor Service Representative at the Lemoyne store to welcome donors, assist with donations, and ensure a smooth intake process.

You will handle donation receipts, help unload donations, price items as needed, and support transportation and cleaning duties while upholding safety and customer service standards.

This non-exempt role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write.
• Ability to speak English to interact with donors and customers.
• Neat appearance and positive demeanor.
• Good customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a pleasant, professional manner and promote Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Assist donors with donations, unload items, issue receipts, and provide information to donors.
• Complete donor tracking paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist transportation tasks including loading/unloading trucks and moving materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized production and donor area and outdoor donor area.
• Follow safety precautions and wear proper PPE; report hazards to the Production Manager.
• Communicate progress, problems, and concerns to the Production Manager.
