Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to greet donors, assist with donations, issue receipts, and provide information about Goodwill services. The role supports donation flow, ensures safety, and helps maintain clean, organized donor areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to operate equipment safely.
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write; must interact with donors and customers in English.
• Must present a neat and positive appearance and demeanor; strong customer service skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; may operate material handling equipment following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and promotes Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Assists donors with donations, unloads donations from vehicles, and issues receipts.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and submits timely.
• Supports transportation and production areas, assists with loading/unloading and cleanup.
• Maintains a clean and orderly donor and production area; follows safety precautions and reports hazards.
