Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Part-Time Donor Service Representative to assist donors and manage donations for resale in its store locations. The role focuses on friendly donor interactions, donation processing, and accurate recordkeeping.

You will greet donors, help unload donations, issue receipts, and maintain a clean donor area while supporting store operations and program initiatives. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write.
• Ability to speak English to interact with donors and customers.
• Neat and positive appearance and demeanor.
• Good customer service skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and represents Goodwill Keystone Area positively.
• Assists donors with donations, unloads donations from vehicle, issues receipts, and provides donation information.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and submits timely.
• Assists transportation duties including loading/unloading trucks and moving materials.
• Cleans and maintains donor and production areas; helps in safety and cleanliness.
• Promotes and participates in organizational programs and events.
• Communicates progress, problems, and concerns to the Production Manager.
