Goodwill Keystone Area is hiring a Donor Service Representative in Bethlehem, PA to support donations and store operations. You will greet donors, assist with donations, and help provide information about Goodwill's programs and services.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This position is Full Time and located at the Bethlehem store.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and promotes Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Assists donors with donations; unloads donations from vehicles; issues donation receipts; provides information to donors.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and submits in a timely manner.
• Assists transportation department with loading/unloading trucks and moving materials.
• Follows safety precautions and uses PPE; maintains clean donor and production areas.
• Communicates progress, problems, and concerns to the Production Manager.
