Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to assist donors and promote the organization through excellent customer service. You will greet donors, assist with donations, unload items, issue receipts, and help maintain a clean, safe donor area.

You will also support the transportation team, price hard goods as needed, and participate in events while following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Assist donors with donations and unloading from vehicles; issue receipts.
• Provide donation information and store details to donors.
• Complete donor tracking paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist transportation with loading/unloading trucks and moving materials.
• Price hard goods as needed and maintain areas clean and orderly.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; report hazards.
• Communicate progress and concerns to the Production Manager.
• Support organizational programs and special events.
