Job summary

Goodwill Keystone is seeking a Donor Service Representative to assist donors at our store locations with donations and customer service. You will greet donors, help unload donations, issue receipts, and ensure donor records are accurate while upholding Goodwill standards.

You will also assist with truck loading/unloading, maintain clean donor areas, and support organizational events while following safety guidelines and wearing proper PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand basic English.
• Must present a neat, positive appearance and demeanor.
• Good customer service skills are required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and promotes Goodwill.
• Assists donors with donations; unloads donations from vehicles; issues receipts.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assists transportation with loading/unloading trucks and moving materials.
• Sterilizes appropriate items following safety precautions.
• Performs duties safely and follows safety guidelines; reports hazards.
• Prices hard goods as needed.
• Maintains clean and orderly production and donor areas.
• Supports and participates in organizational programs and events.
