Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking staff to assist donors with charitable donations, greet donors professionally, and help with unloading, receipts, and information sharing. The role includes maintaining organized donor and production areas and supporting safety protocols.

Training and teamwork in a store/production environment are part of daily duties. Responsibilities include assisting the transportation team with loading/unloading and ensuring a clean, safe workspace while promoting Goodwill

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Assist donors with donations: unloading, issue receipts, provide donation information.
• Complete donor tracking paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist transportation: loading/unloading trucks, move materials, remove trash/salvage.
• Maintain safe areas and proper safety gear; follow safety precautions.
