Goodwill Keystone Area in Cressona, PA is seeking a Donor Service Representative to assist donors with donations and promote goods for resale. This part-time role requires friendly customer service and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

You will greet donors, issue receipts, help unload donations, and maintain a clean, organized donor area while following safety protocols. Night and weekend availability is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of operating equipment.
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write.
• English language proficiency for donor interaction.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and promotes Goodwill Keystone Area in a positive manner.
• Assists donors with donations and unloading; issues donation receipts.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and submits in a timely manner.
• Assists transportation tasks including loading/unloading; helps in collection and distribution of materials.
• Maintains a clean and orderly production and donor area; supports safety protocols.
• Promotes organizational programs and events and participates in special projects.
• Communicates progress, problems, and concerns to the Production Manager.
