Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to assist with donor interactions and donation processing at our Donated Goods Retail locations. You will greet donors, help unload donations, issue receipts, and support transport and production teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write.
• Must present a neat and positive appearance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Promotes and represents Goodwill Keystone Area in a positive manner.
• Assists donors with donations and unloading; issues receipts.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assists transportation with loading/unloading trucks and distributing materials.
• Maintains clean and orderly production and donor areas.
• Follows safety requirements and uses appropriate PPE.
• Communicates progress and concerns to the Production Manager.
