Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to assist donors with donations, greet customers, and support store operations. This non-exempt role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working evenings/weekends to ensure smooth donor flow and guest service.

The position supports the Donated Goods Retail department, processes receipts, and collaborates with the transportation/production teams while upholding safety standards and a welcoming

Formación

• Ability to speak, hear, read and write.
• Ability to speak English to interact with donors and customers.

• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Greets donors professionally and promotes Goodwill in a positive manner.
• Assists donors with donations, unloads donations, provides receipts.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork timely and accurately.
• Supports transportation tasks and maintains clean donor/production areas.
• Ensures safety, uses PPE, and reports hazards to supervisor.
• Communicates progress and concerns to Production Manager.
