Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write.
• Ability to speak English to interact with donors and customers satisfactorily.
• Must present a neat and positive appearance and demeanor.
• Must possess good customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended period.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and promotes Goodwill Keystone Area positively.
• Assists donors with donations, unloading, receipts, and information.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and timely.
• Supports transportation tasks and maintains cleanliness of donor and production areas.
• Adheres to safety precautions, operates equipment safely, and reports hazards.
