Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to warmly greet donors, assist with donations, and promote the organization’s mission at store locations. You will help unload donations, issue receipts, and provide information to donors while keeping areas clean and orderly.

The role emphasizes safety, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Training on safety and equipment will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (responsible for equipment operation).
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Must present a neat and positive appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner. Promotes and represents Goodwill Keystone Area in a positive manner.
• Assists donors with donations; unloads donations; issues donation receipts; provides donation information.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and submits in a timely manner.
• Assists transportation department with loading/unloading trucks and related duties.
• Maintains a clean and orderly donor area and production areas.
• Promotes workplace safety and follows safety precautions.
