Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to greet donors, assist with donations, and support the transport and disposition of donated goods. This frontline role emphasizes courteous service, accurate paperwork, and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write (English).
• Must present a neat and positive appearance.
• Must possess good customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a pleasant, professional manner and promote Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Assist donors with donations and unloading from vehicles; issue receipts.
• Assist transportation team with loading/unloading and distribution of items; keep areas clean and safe.
• Maintain donor and production areas orderly and report hazards to supervisor.
• Contribute to safety with proper PPE and safe equipment operation; follow safety policies.
