Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to welcome donors, assist with donations, and provide information about the organization. The role involves handling donations, processing receipts, and maintaining a clean, safe donor area.

The ideal candidate will be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Excellent customer service and clear communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and hear.
• Must be able to speak English to interact with donors/customers.
• Must present neat, positive appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant, professional manner and represents Goodwill Keystone Area positively.
• Assists donors with donations and unloading; issues receipts; provides donation information.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and timely.
• Supports transportation tasks: loading/unloading trucks and moving materials.
• Maintains safe, clean production and donor areas; follows safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Contributes to organizational programs and events as needed.
