Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Donor Service Representative to assist donors and process donations for resale in store locations. You will greet donors, issue receipts, and help maintain a clean, organized donor area.

This full-time role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write.
• Ability to speak English to interact with donors and customers satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a professional manner and promote Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Assist donors with donations and unload items; issue receipts.
• Complete donor tracking paperwork and submit timely.
• Assist transportation and warehouse tasks including loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized donor and production area.
• Follow safety procedures and operate equipment safely.
• Communicate progress and issues to the Production Manager.
