Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a part-time Donor Service Representative at the Shillington, PA store. You will greet donors, assist with donations, and ensure accurate donor records while promoting a positive shopping environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will report to the Production Manager and support safety and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (responsible for equipment operation).
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write.
• Must present a neat and positive appearance and demeanor.
• Must possess good customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended period.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Assists donors with donations; issues donation receipts and provides information.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assists transportation to load/unload trucks and move materials.
• Maintains a clean and orderly donor and production area.
• Supports organizational programs and events.
• Promotes workplace safety and follows safety procedures.
