Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking an on-site Screen/Donor Center Clerk to greet donors and guide them through the screening process. You will verify health histories, take basic measurements, and assist with registration and data entry in the donor system.

As you complete training, you may educate donors about plasma products and center policies, answer questions, and support operations while ensuring safety and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months in clerical or customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process.
• Educate donors on the donation process and policies.
• Register and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer phone calls and direct to the appropriate staff.
• Monitor donors for reactions during/after pheresis.
• Notify supervisor of donor flow issues.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Follow HSE/OSHA policies and maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain donor, personnel, and center confidentiality.
• May be cross-trained in other areas as needed.
• Bilingual skills may be required at organizational discretion.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
