Job summary

CSL is seeking an individual to greet donors at our plasma collection center and guide them through registration and suitability screening for the plasma pheresis process.

You report to the Assistant Center Manager and will assist in donor education, data entry, and maintaining SOPs while ensuring safety and confidentiality. The role may involve training for other duties and potential bilingual requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with donor registration and screening.
• May educate new donors on products and policies after training.
• Register and transfer donors as needed based on training.
• Answer calls or transfer to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor during/after pheresis for any adverse reactions and notify staff.
