Job summary

Qualifications

• Clerical or customer service experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Basic math calculations ability required.
• Handles donor screening procedures under SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with the screening process in accordance with SOPs.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Explain the screening process and answer donor questions; escalate to medical staff when needed.
• Cross-train in related center tasks to support operations.
• Handle phone inquiries and direct calls to staff.
