Job summary

The role involves assisting with screening per SOPs, reviewing health history, answering basic medical questions, recording donor data in the electronic system, and supporting donor education after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months experience in clerical or customer service, preferably in medical/health provider setting.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and complete registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with the screening process per SOPs, including health history and basic questions.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality; follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• May educate donors on therapeutic products after training and answer donor questions.
• May be cross-trained in other areas and handle donor questions by phone.
